Enrollment Deposit: $500. One-time, New Student Fee: 4k - 8th $1000 and 9-12th $1750 (due with first tuition payment).

Admissions Requirements

Lower Elementary: 4K- First Grade

Age requirements

Students applying to 4K need to be 4 years old on or before September 1. Students applying to Kindergarten need to be 5 years old on or before September 1.

Teacher Recommendation

This is an evaluative form that will be digitally sent to your child’s teacher through the portal checklist.

Report Cards

1st grade applicants only.  Please upload your child’s complete kindergarten report card.

Current Grades

Kindergarten and 1st grade applicants only. Please send your child's current grades with a minimum of two grading periods

Records Release Authorization

This is the transcript release form that you will download from your portal checklist and deliver to the registrar at your current school.  This form must be on file at your child’s current school to complete the admissions process.

Student Observation

Every applicant will come on campus for an academic assessment.  You will schedule this appointment through the portal checklist.

Parent Interview

When all supporting documentation has been received, the Admissions office will send you a link to schedule your parent interview.

Elementary School: 2nd - 5th Grade

Online Application

After clicking the APPLY button, create an account with user name and password.  Then complete and submit the online application.

Applicant Photo

Please upload a recent picture of your child.  Face shot preferred.

This is an evaluative form that will be digitally sent to your child’s teacher/counselor through the portal checklist.

CTP5

Comprehensive Testing Program Edition 5.  This is the Admissions Test used for Elementary Applicants.  The CTP5 is proctored by Hyde Park Admissions Staff.

Student Shadow

Applicants are required to come on campus and shadow a current student for a half - day.  You will schedule your shadow day through the parent portal checklist or from the Visit tab on the Admissions page.  You do not need to be an applicant to schedule a shadow visit.

Students will sit down with a member of our Admissions Committee to ask them some “get to know you” type questions and give the student an opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
