Hyde Park is proud to announce the appointment of Ross Roby, as the new Head Football Coach and Director of Football Operations.
Coach Roby’s leadership, experience, and passion for mentorship align perfectly with Hyde Park’s mission of developing student-athletes in both faith and competition.
Coach Roby brings a wealth of experience as both a player and a coach. A former collegiate wide receiver at the University of Utah and Tarleton State University, he pursued professional opportunities in the NFL through the CFL, and NFL Europe before transitioning into coaching.With 13 years of high school coaching experience in UIL and TAPPS programs, Coach Roby most recently served at Fort Worth Christian School as Defensive Coordinator, Director of Track & Field, and Director of College Athletic Recruiting.
Prior to that, he spent over eight years at Liberty Christian School, where he served as Defensive Coordinator, Head Track Coach, and College Recruiting Coordinator. Beyond his extensive coaching background, Coach Roby has built strong relationships with college recruiters nationwide, helping student-athletes navigate the recruiting process and achieve their collegiate athletic goals. He is known for his effective communication, leadership, and ability to cultivate strong relationships with players, parents and staff.
Coach Roby’s experience and leadership marks an exciting new chapter for Hyde Park Football, and we can’t wait to see the impact he will make on our student-athletes and community.

From the walk down the hallway to the walk across the stage at graduation, all Hyde Park Schools students participate in an academically excellent, college preparatory educational experience.
We offer dynamic learning through programs like STEM, LEAP, and Fine Arts. We also offer over 30 Advanced, A.P. and Dual Credit courses.
From the Lower School all the way through our Upper School, we offer courses and programs that allow students to use their God-given talents in Fine Arts and Athletics, including TAPPS 5A sports. We're proud to offer all of our students with opportunities to serve others through various local and international service initiatives throughout the year.
